Why Deposit Only at time of booking?

Most travel arrangements are made by our customers quite some time before their actual travel date. For customers to not have to pay the full payment for their travel arrangements at the time of booking, Outback Travel Shop has arranged with their product providers that their customers will only pay a deposit amount to Outback Travel Shop to get their booking confirmed. Paying this deposit will make and guarantee the booking for the customer. Credit card details are provided at the time of booking to the product provider, and will be charged for the remainder of the payment closer to the travel date. How close to the travel date will vary per product provider and will be advised to the customer at the time of booking.
